You can delete your Jukebee account and associated data at any time.
Open Jukebee → Settings → Your data → Delete my account → confirm twice.
This permanently deletes your profile (@username, avatar), tracks, albums, publications, likes, saves, friend connections, notifications, presets, settings, uploaded files and push tokens, and signs you out everywhere.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account (or describe your Apple/Google sign-in). We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Anonymized usage records (which AI operations ran and their cost, with the link to you removed) are kept for service accounting and can no longer be connected to you.
Records of purchases are held by Apple under their own policies; our copy is deleted.
